Industrihuset offers three main categories from Siebtechnik Tema: sieve shakers, solid testing drums and gas pycnometers. These cover everything from grain size analysis and strength testing to precise density determination of solids and bulk materials.

The products are supplied to a wide range of industries, including mining, smelting, recycling, chemical industry, food, pharmaceuticals, plastics, tobacco, brewing and construction materials.

The products are developed in accordance with international standards such as DIN, ISO and ASTM. For example, the solid testing drums comply with standards such as ISO 556, ISO 3271 and ISO 15967.

The Air Jet Screen SLS 200 is an air jet sieve for fast, precise and reproducible grain size analysis of dry materials. The analysis range is approximately 20-4000 µm, and the machine is controlled via an app with options for storing procedures (SOP) and displaying particle size distributions.

The fully automatic solid testing drums determine the drum strength of bulk materials such as coke, iron ore and sinter in accordance with DIN, ISO and ASTM standards. They have complete dust and noise protection, automatic opening/closing via pneumatics, and can also be used for other materials where strength values are of interest.

The BULKINSPECTOR PYC 130-A is the world’s first fully automatic gas pycnometer. It performs weighing and volume determination automatically without manual intervention, delivers highly accurate and reproducible measurements, and is equally suited to laboratories and demanding industrial environments.

Unlike conventional gas pycnometers, the BULKINSPECTOR requires no manual intervention during measurement. It is a closed system with Peltier temperature control that is unaffected by dust, noise, heat or moisture, and it handles different measuring cup volumes (130, 65 and 10 cm³) automatically.

Both the Air Jet Screen SLS sieve shaker and the BULKINSPECTOR gas pycnometer are controlled via user-friendly tablet apps. The apps enable recipe management, storage of procedures, export of measurement data and connection to external systems.

Yes, with the optional air preheating function, the range of applications can be extended to include hygroscopic products. The intake air is heated to prevent moisture absorption during sieving, which ensures reliable results even for moisture-sensitive materials.
